There is a cylindrical extruder with a long screw which is heated between the temperature of 450 to 512 degrees. Once the extruder is heated, resin pellets are sucked into it. As a result, two layers of plastic films are formed. Out of these two layers, one layer is wrapped around a drum.
The drum has holes on it that suck one layer forming bubbles. Starting from six millimetres to 25 millimetres, the size of the bubbles can vary. The other sheet is then laminated over the first one, trapping the air within the bubbles.
