        Navigate to the Recovery tab, and select Restart the Service from the First, Second and Subsequent failures fields.
      6. Select Apply and then OK.

    Excel > File > Options > Trust Center >

    Trust Center Settings > tick the box of “Allow Trusted Locations on my network”,

    • If the file is open on another system in single-user mode.
